"COME QUANDO FUORI PIOVE"

 

Based on traditional Commedia themes, this original scenario was specially composed by Antonio Fava to the "comicINcontinenti" Commedia Dell´Arte Theatre Company. 

This scenario involves a proliferation of characters and different stylistic paths that go from classic Commedia characters of northern and southern Italy, like il Dottore, Pantalone, the Lovers, different zanni, Pulcinella, etc., to the use of characters like the satyrs, priestesses and vestals.

 

Valuing improvisation as a method, and scenic transparency as a technique, each actor is allowed to switch between characters frequently and quickly.
Of course, like in traditional commedia, we will not spare musical moments!
